From humble beginnings in Melbourne in 1981, Top Cut has expanded its operations both nationally and internationally to meet the growing demands of its clients. The Group’s operating entities are predominantly based on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia, and offices have been established in several major export destinations including China, Japan and Korea.
The main manufacturing and cold store facilities are located in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast, with local sales and distribution centres comprising low intensity processing equipment to service speciality requirements based in Sydney, Newcastle and Adelaide. Top Cut also has 6 sales offices and a finishing room throughout its key Asian markets.
