His experience has covered various areas of the food processing industry including plant design and development, administration and finance.

Mr Mesiano is a founding member of Top Cut Food Industries and Top Cut Foods Qld. Mr Mesiano has over 30 years experience in the meat industry and has played an integral part in the establishment of Top Cut Foods Queensland and overseas operations.

Mr Vaina has over 30 years experience in the meat industry and was a founding member of Top Cut Foods Qld. Mr Vaina has extensive experience in meat processing, purchasing, sales, livestock and abattoir operations.April 2007

Mr Mandaliti has over 30 years experience in the meat industry. A founding member of Top Cut Food Industries, Mr Mandaliti has extensive experience in meat processing, purchasing and sales.
Mr Raymond Bryson
Director – General Manager Top Cut Melbourne
FAICD
Mr Bryson has over 40 years experience in the meat industry, previously General Manager of a major meat processing plant. Mr Bryson has been with the Top Cut Group for approximately 20 years. Mr Bryson has extensive experience in meat processing (both domestic and export) and livestock purchasing. Mr Bryson played an integral part in the establishment of the Top Cut Foods export operations.
