Mr Giannarelli has 40 years experience in the food processing business and is the principal founding member of Top Cut Foods, having been Chairman of Top Cut Food Industries for the past 24 years. His experience has covered various areas of the food processing industry including plant design and development, administration and finance.

Mr Frank Mesiano

Bachelor of Economics, FAICD

Mr Mesiano is a founding member of Top Cut Food Industries and Top Cut Foods Qld. Mr Mesiano has over 30 years experience in the meat industry and has played an integral part in the establishment of Top Cut Foods Queensland and overseas operations.

Mr Vince Vaina

Mr Vaina has over 30 years experience in the meat industry and was a founding member of Top Cut Foods Qld. Mr Vaina has extensive experience in meat processing, purchasing, sales, livestock and abattoir operations.April 2007

Mr Antonio “Tony” Mandaliti

Director – General Manager Sales and Marketing

Mr Mandaliti has over 30 years experience in the meat industry. A founding member of Top Cut Food Industries, Mr Mandaliti has extensive experience in meat processing, purchasing and sales.

Mr Raymond Bryson

Director – General Manager Top Cut Melbourne
FAICD

Mr Bryson has over 40 years experience in the meat industry, previously General Manager of a major meat processing plant. Mr Bryson has been with the Top Cut Group for approximately 20 years. Mr Bryson has extensive experience in meat processing (both domestic and export) and livestock purchasing. Mr Bryson played an integral part in the establishment of the Top Cut Foods export operations.

Mr Rocco Mesiano

Chief Operating Officer

Mr Mesiano has over 30 years experience in the meat industry. A founding member of Top Cut Food Industries, Mr Mesiano has extensive experience in meat processing, purchasing and sales. His experience covers all facets of meat processing, sales and has extensive role in product development and innovation.

Mr Alan Mollison

Chief Financial Officer
B.Bus Acct., FCPA FAICD FFIN

Mr Mollison has over 25 years experience in finance, including 16 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Top Cut he held senior finance positions at IOOF, MLC and a division of Amcor. He also worked overseas in the U.K. for several years at HSBC, James Capel and a global investment trust. Mr Mollison joined the Top Cut Group in 2004.

Mr Umberto “Bert” Torresi

Company Secretary
B.Bus Acct., ACIS, ASA

Mr Torresi has over 13 years experience in finance and administration. Mr Torresi was previously working in the financial services industry for Norwich Investment Management Ltd and National Australia Financial Management prior to joining the Top Cut Group in 1997. Mr Torresi was appointed to the position of company secretary in February 2005.
