Our export operations are conducted from Australian Department of Agriculture approved export establishments operating under HACCP and AUS-MEAT accredited quality systems. In addition to our conventional export operations, Top Cut Foods operates a dedicated Halal-certified export production facility (Establishment No. 77), supplying premium Australian beef and lamb products to international Halal markets.
Our customers include international distributors, major hotel groups, restaurants, airlines and airline caterers, supermarkets, mining and remote site caterers, aged care providers, correctional services and other institutional foodservice operators.
Top Cut Foods stands behind the integrity of the product by supplying company own branded products. In addition to this, regular in-market visits and close contact with customers, ensures that the company understands their customer's changing needs and manage any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Internationally, we have sales offices in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka), Korea. In markets where there aren't company owned offices, Top Cut Foods work on Exclusive Importer/Distributor relationships to develop the brands. These markets include, but are not limited to Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Papua New Guinea, Maldives and the Middle East.
